Both brands are made by V.M.P.L Soundha Enterprises. VMPL leads the range; DOLLFINE covers the volume end of the market. Every DOLLFINE pack carries the line “A product by V.M.P.L Company” for exactly that reason.

VMPL
The flagship range runs the length of an installation: LED foot and step lights, concealed and COB fittings, fans, switches and combined 16 A units, GI concealed boxes, surface boxes, distribution boards, wall plugs and clips.
Where current flows, VMPL specifies brass with ceramic bases. Where heat matters, fire retardant polycarbonate. The Elenza downlight is rated 80 V–348 V because that is the supply many Indian buildings actually give it.

DOLLFINE
DOLLFINE covers the categories that move on price and volume — modular switches and sockets, cable and pipe fitting clips, table and pedestal fans, distribution boards and concealed lights.
The clips ship with 100% imported nails; the switch range uses polycarbonate bodies with brass internals; the 16″ table fan runs a bearing motor on a CRC coil. Value here means the spec is chosen for the job, not stripped out of it.
